How do I login?
When setting up your account, you will have been asked for a username. This username is both your login username and your company code/cloud address and is part of your own web URL to your iManage account. It will look like this: http://demo.i-manage.co.uk (where “demo” is, replace with your Username/Company Code).
I have forgotten my password, how do I reset it?
Just use the forgotten password feature on the sign-in screen. You will then have a new password emailed to you.
What is my Cloud Name/Company Code?
When you sign up for iManage you are asked for a Cloud Name or Company Code, this is the URL address that you will use in your browser to access the web based system. iManage is Software so there is nothing to install. If you don’t know or remember what your company code is please email us and we will get back to you with confirmation. Alternatively you can look at your welcome email, this will contain your iManage address.
Can I use my mobile with iManage?
You certainly can, the fully functional iManage app is available for iPhone and iPad (iOS7 and above)
I’m interested in the jobsheets part of iManage, which plan do I need?
iManage Standard will be suitable if you are just looking for a job sheeting application. Includes location capture of your engineer, and signature capturing.
Can iManage work with my accounting software?
iManage offers Sage compatible exports of both Customer and Invoice records. There are no other add-ons available at this time.
Where is the address when creating Job Sheets?
The address is automatically added via the location capturing on your device, so there is no field for this as it is automatically added. To physically display the address on the PDFs isn’t possible at the moment, but we are currently working on this.
